About the Opportunity

Be at the absolute ground floor of a major fiber internet expansion! ISS is bringing brand-new fiber-optic infrastructure to Holden and West Boylston, Massachusetts.

Because this is a brand-new build,  you will be on the first sales team to hit these neighborhoods. Local residents are eager for a faster, more reliable alternative to Spectrum. This is a high-yield opportunity to capture a fresh, untouched market with zero pre-existing door-to-door competition for fiber.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Outreach: Conduct door-to-door canvas sales in designated residential neighborhoods across Holden and West Boylston.
• Educate & Convert: Explain the speed, reliability, and value of switching from legacy cable (Spectrum) to high-speed fiber internet.
• Manage Territory: Build strong community relationships, track outreach, and follow up with interested homeowners.
• Close Sales: Guide customers through simple signup processes to secure new internet service accounts.

Requirements

• Vehicle & License: Must have a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Background Check: Must be able to pass a standard background check.
• Work Ethic: Self-motivated, highly disciplined, and comfortable working independently outdoors.
• Communication Skills: Friendly, persuasive, and comfortable talking to local homeowners.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary — complete sales and product training provided.
• Prior door-to-door, canvassing, or direct sales experience is preferred, but an outgoing personality and strong drive matter most!
