Outside Sales Representative – A&W Windows

A&W Windows is looking for motivated, competitive, and outgoing individuals to join our growing door-to-door sales team.

This is a commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential. No previous window experience is required. We provide training, sales coaching, and a clear path for high-performing team members to move into closing positions.

What You’ll Do

As an Outside Sales Representative, your job is to connect with homeowners in local neighborhoods and schedule qualified appointments for our window and door specialists.

You will:

• Canvass residential neighborhoods and speak directly with homeowners
• Introduce homeowners to A&W Windows and our current programs
• Generate and schedule qualified appointments
• Follow our proven door-to-door sales process
• Participate in daily team meetings and sales training
• Track your activity, appointments, and results
• Work with the team to consistently improve your sales skills and performance

Schedule

Approximately 25 hours per week, 5 days per week.

Our typical day includes:

• 11:00 AM team meeting and training
• Early afternoon canvassing block
• 4:00–7:00 PM primary canvassing block

Sundays are off, with an additional day off during the week.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential.

• Approximately $1,200–$1,500 commission per completed sale
• No cap on commissions
• Performance-based advancement opportunities
• Top-performing setters can earn the opportunity to move into a closer/sales consultant position

Your income is directly tied to your performance.

Previous experience in door-to-door sales, roofing, solar, pest control, alarms, home improvement, athletics, customer service, or other competitive environments is a plus, but not required.
