Medical Receptionist (Temporary - 3 weeks with possible extension )

Warrenton, NC 27589

Pay Rate: $ 17.00/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Adecco Healthcare & LifeSciences is currently looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to provide front-office support during a LOA coverage . This is a great opportunity for someone with administrative experience and a passion for supporting individuals in a behavioral health environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a welcoming and professional manner

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls

• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

• Assist with data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience required

• Preferred experience in a mental health, behavioral health, or substance abuse treatment setting

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
