Part-Time, Seasonal Pool Attendant ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of
Troon , you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Role Type : Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)
What You'll Do: - Provide excellent service to members and guests in the pool area.
- Monitor pool activity to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck and surrounding areas following daily procedures.
- Support overall pool operations with a hospitality-first mindset.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with members and team members.
What We're Looking For: - 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.
- Ability to work outdoors in warm weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and service-oriented.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Primarily Monday-Friday with some weekend availability required.
- Outdoor role in a resort-style, member-focused environment.
