You will work directly on dedicated delivery teams to implement and improve daily operational practices, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement, leverage meaningful data for decision-making, lead resolution of issues, and manage dependency logistics, among other aspects of this multi-purpose role.Key responsibilities includeProcess and Flow - Advise on processes to optimize flow and expedite delivery of value by the delivery teams.Scaling and Dependencies - Optimize delivery of complex initiatives by advising on scaling techniques, lead dependency management, and organizing teams around the workstreams. Strong planning, forecasting, executive communication, and large-scale stakeholder management capabilities.Release Management - Enable the teams to release with confidence and in support of a positive client experience. Participate in all phases of release from preparation to actual release events, and post-release communications and reviews.Product Acumen - Develop a clear understanding of the products/services owned by the teams and ensure that work is aligned with business strategy.Data - Ensure the team’s data is correct, complete, and compliant so it can be used to make data-driven decisions.Tools - Achieve proficiency in the use of the Fidelity approved tools and reporting ecosystem and teach others on trends and patterns for decision-making purposes.Dependency Management - Manage relationships, logistics with dependent partners and align needed activities.Team Dynamics - Enables healthy team dynamics through trusted partnerships and conflict resolution.Leadership - Earn the opportunity to contribute as a strategic thought partner by being a valued asset when dealing with complex problems, offer insight/analysis on strategic options for solution consideration, and proactively help realize business & technical outcomes.The Expertise and Skills You BringBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).Progressive years of experience as a Technical Project/Program Manager or IT delivery leader.Expertise in project planning, estimation, forecasting, resource management, risk mitigation, and delivery execution.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and delivery best practices.Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives from inception to deployment in enterprise environments.Advanced understanding of SDLC, hybrid delivery models, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.Experience delivering API-driven and digital transformation initiatives involving integrated applications, microservices, distributed systems, and enterprise architectures.Ability to manage technical dependencies, release planning, deployments, production readiness, testing (SIT, UAT, regression), and Go/No-Go processes.Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to drive alignment across teams without direct authority.Proven ability to collaborate across business, product, engineering, QA, infrastructure, operations, and global teams.Experience leading organizational changes, driving adoption of new processes, and minimizing business disruption.Skilled in defining and analyzing delivery metrics and KPIs to support continuous improvement and data-driven decisions.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, written, verbal, and presentation skills.Proactive change agent with a continuous improvement mindset, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive innovative solutions.The TeamsOn eSignature - Digital Service, we are responsible for eSignature and eNotary where we provide reliable, safe, and secure digital signing and identity authentication solutions that enable digital experiences across the Fidelity enterprise by ensuring our capabilities support any LOB, transaction type, user experience, or device.On STP & Automation, we are responsible for back-end intelligent automation for Custody operations inclusive of Account Opening, Maintenance and Transfer of Assets transactions. Fidelity’s Onsite Working ModelFidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
