In addition, below you will find a comprehensive summary of the benefits package we offer:Performance-related bonus.Medical, dental and vision insurance.401(k) matching plan.Life insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability insurance.Employee assistance programs.Paid time off (PTO).Compensation for this role will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and relevant knowledge.What you will do:Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT application projects, ensuring completion within scope, budget, and timeline commitments.Partner with business and technical stakeholders to analyze requirements, define project objectives, and establish detailed project plans.Coordinate and guide cross-functional project teams, assigning responsibilities and ensuring alignment on milestones and deliverables.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues while proactively managing changes, dependencies, and competing priorities.Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide clear project status updates, recommendations, and communications to stakeholders.Support organizational change management efforts by assessing business impacts, driving user adoption, and coordinating internal and external stakeholders.Ensure compliance with IT security standards, project management methodologies, and GxP validation requirements within a regulated environment.What we are looking for:5+ years of project management experience in combination with other IT roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or other regulated industries.Demonstrated experience managing complex IT projects, preferably involving enterprise applications such as SAP, MES, cloud solutions, or systems integrations.Proven ability to deliver projects using waterfall, agile, and hybrid project management methodologies.Strong understanding of project management principles, risk management, stakeholder management, and change management practices.Knowledge of GxP-relevant computerized systems and validation processes is highly desirable.PMP certification (or equivalent project management certification) and Agile Crum Master Certification.Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams in a global, matrixed environment.About LonzaAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
